To simplify the process, we will email you a shipping label so you don't have to cover the cost. Just send us an email at email@example.com to initiate the process.
For an exchange, make the return within 30 days from the date you received the shipping confirmation. We will send you another pair at no additional cost.
For a return, send us back the sunglasses within 30 days from the date you received the shipping confirmation and we will issue you a full refund, minus the shipping costs if any.
The sunglasses must be unworn and in the original condition in which they were received.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a photo so that we can resolve this for you.
